I recently bought a motorcycle and began riding as soon as possible this spring. The cool air and wind-chill quickly made me realize that I needed something to seal up the neck area of my jacket. I tried using a tube-style neck gaiter that I had used for bicycling, but it didn't work very well. It would bunch up and not stay down in my jacket and was  inconvenient to have to pull over my head.  It was also more bulk  than I needed to ward off the cool spring temperatures. My immediate solution was to custom make my own neck gaiter, sized to fit me perfectly. Read on for more details and have one custom made for yourself!

Made of warm, double-layer fleece with a hook & loop closure in the back, these neck gaiters are designed to fit the contour of the neck and shoulder area.

They fit perfectly under a jacket to seal the collar from  cold and wind.

Custom made to your neck size! Willie's gaiters fit you like they were made for you, because they are! Your gaiter will be sewn to fit the diameter of your neck. You can also specify how big you want  the "bib" to be.

You can order in almost any color. Fleece is available is a rainbow of colors and many patterns.

I am really happy with this gaiter. It goes on and comes off super easy and folds down small so it's easy to stow in a pocket as the day warms up. It feels windproof, even at 65 MPH. Embroidered patches look really cool on these gaiters. I have a Harley Davidson patch on mine, but  temporarily removed it for this photo to avoid trademark infringement.
